United StatesI like the way this pomade works and styles my hair. It’s more pliable than others I’ve used in the past, and that’s a good thing. There’s nothing worse than applying something that’s too tacky and finding out it’s not re-workable. This is almost fool-proof: start with a small dab, rub between fingers and apply. I usually get a controlled, yet messy look with just that small amount, but if better definition is needed (like around forehead area), repeat the process using small amounts until the desired effect is achieved. I’d rather work in steps than have to hassle with stronger holding gels that have zero flexibility. This feels good and looks natural—doesn’t weigh my hair down and leaves a subtle shine. Because the pomade is water soluble, it also washes out easily and isn't drying. This is a great formula for short, textured hairstyles like mine. I appreciate that it’s scent-free.
United StatesThis was a present and he said that it’s really nice just wishes for a little more hold. Loves that it’s not shiny and makes hair still feel natural. No smell is also a wonderful thing to have in a hair product especially in a household that can’t handle strong smells. Works great for short to medium men’s hair.
United StatesI was so excited to open this product thinking it would have the same flavor as the other doctor tusk soaps I had already purchased. But sadly it is fragrance-free and really has no smell. As far as hold goes it's nice, can I find that if my hair gets messed up I have no problem redoing it on the fly but I really wish I smelled like that sandalwood smell they have..... Product is a five-star but I'm used to my pomade having a smell...

United StatesI’ve been looking for a new product to be able to mold my hair the way I want to and still give me flexibility to play around with the hair. This product has helped a lot. It’s water based so if the hair were to go out of whack just splashing a little bit of water will activate it again and give you the ability to fix the hair. Overall good hold and shine and great product. Great price as well!
United StatesI though this product was decent for the price considering it's natural, but my husband doesn't love it. The hold is not very strong at all, which has been frustrating, but it looks great if you reapply it a couple times.
